The Lonon Foundation

Friends and Family-

Thank you so much for your support of last year's tournament and fundraiser. For the second year, I am thrilled to announce that the Haygood/Grady Memorial Tennis Championship is honoring the memory of my wife, Michelle Nemeth.

Here is some good news! With the added support last year from friends and supporters of Michelle, the the net proceeds from the tournament and auction totaled $70,000! This doubled the previous year's proceeds of $35,000!!! That is an awesome accomplishment, and is primarily due to the additional contributions from Michelle's supporters! All proceeds from the tournament are donated to to benefit Roper St. Francis Cancer Care, an education trust for the sons of Prinella Haygood, and our selected non-profit again this year, the Lonon Foundation.

The Lonon Foundation ( www.thelononfoundation.org ) is a Charleston-based non-profit that provides resources to children who have been affected by a parent or caregiver's cancer diagnosis.  Our family was introduced to the Lonon Foundation when Michelle was undergoing clinical trials in her battle against triple negative breast cancer.  Michelle, Ava and I were touched by their mission and dedication, and I am thrilled to be be able to help this worthy foundation in her memory.

I am excited to once again be able to support this worthy cause, and hope you will join me in celebrating Michelle's life by participating in or donating to this year's tournament.  Listed below are several opportunities for you to contribute. Reach out to me for more information!
