About The Molinari Institute
The mission of the Molinari Institute is to educate the public, open critical discussions, and foster innovative research concerning the intellectual tradition of Gustave de Molinari (1819-1912), and its application to the philosophical, cultural, and material foundations of a flourishing and open society; to explain and defend the idea of vibrant social cooperation without aggression, oppression, or centralized authority; and to enlarge public understanding and transform public perceptions of market anarchism, while reshaping academic and movement debate. Toward these ends, the Corporation establishes fellowships, conducts research, holds meetings and colloquia, publishes both classic works and new research in philosophy, disseminates information to the public through the creative use of media, and works to build market anarchist networks and communities.
