About The Pan-African Family Empowerment & Land Preservation Network, Inc.

Our mission is both simple and complex in its scope: Our main goal is to empower people of African descent with the educational, technical, and financial resources necessary to protect their ancestral homes and land from being lost due to delinquent tax sales; skyrocketing property taxes; forced sales of heirs' property; encrochment by developers; and unfair zoning/land use ordinances, etc. Our annual STAND4LAND TAX EMPOWERMENT WORKSHOP, and training classes are designed to inform property owners about how to sustain long-term property ownership. By doing so, we'll help to empower them to avoid becoming homeless, or permanently displaced. And we'll help many to break the cycle of generational poverty. We also aim to strengthen Black families, and promote global Pan-African unity.
