Winchester Bible Church is fundraising

COVID-19 has taken an immeasurable toll on our local communities and around the world. Here at home in Fredericksburg, The Brisben Center (TBC) for the homeless is one of the organizations at the center of the response.
In order to keep people a safe distance from each other, TBC has had to lease hotel rooms. Their signature fundraising event was canceled and private foundations they used to rely on are overwhelmed and no longer accepting proposals. On top of that, resources from government sources are projected to sharply decline while homelessness is projected to rise. As a result, they are facing substantial shortfalls.
Creative2 has pledged to match every dollar donated through this GoFundMe page up to $500 in the month of May. Additionally, if the related post on Creative2's Facebook page is shared at least 100 times, the company will double its match.
Four local companies and individuals have also agreed to match including Gwyneth's Gift, Brittany Henry Ministries, and two anonymous donors.
By launching this fundraiser concurrently with “The Call to Unite” livestream, Creative2 hopes to bring more attention to the Brisben Center's mission and areas of need.
