Tidewater Oyster Gardener Association

Charles Henry Martin was an incredible man.  In memory of his life and love of the Bay, in lieu of flowers, we have set-up a go-fund me page to support the Tidewater Oyster Gardner's Association (TOGA).  The Tidewater Oyster Gardeners Association is a non-profit organization established in 1997 to promote the environmental health of the Chesapeake Bay and its tributaries through oyster cultivation and by other means, and as a way of enjoying Virginia oysters.    The donations collected will be sent to TOGA in Charles' name.
