Jacob Ham, son of Mark and Lisa Ham
On June 12th, 2018 Jacob Ham, son of Portland Firefighter Marc Ham and his wife Lisa, died suddenly. Jacob was 23 years old.
Marc and Lisa have been getting many requests to help and they have decided to raise money for the Trauma Intervention Program of Portland/Vancouver in leu of collecting any funds.
