More information about Trempealeau County Humane Society INC: We are a small, non-profit, no-kill humane society located in Trempealeau County Wisconsin. We offer safe shelter for stray, abandoned, abused, or neglected cats and dogs. We strive to find the perfect family for our cats and dogs and work with the public to reunite lost pets with their families. We have a passion for educating the public on animal welfare issues and partner with a local vet to offer a low cost cat neuter clinic to help with the community cat population. Sweet 11 month old Gracie was surrendered to us today because her owner was not able to financially take her to the vet to get much needed care. We gladly took her in immediately. She was lethargic upon arrival and one of our amazing volunteers/ board members even had to carry her inside when she was dropped off. She was then taken to the emergency vet, where a few tests were ran and the results show that Gracie has lymes disease. She was given fluids and medications and will hopefully return to normal shortly. As most know, emergency vet visits are never cheap so we are asking for donations to help cover these costs. Any amount is appreciated, and please keep Gracie in your thoughts. Thank you!
