Update: The record has been certified and everything will be passed on to the WA Supreme Court. We don't yet know when the case will be put on the docket but it will be expensive so we need your continuing financial support.
Tri-Cities CARES (TCC) is fighting to preserve our:
- Wildlife
- Views
- Property values
- Aerial firefighting capability
TCC has filed a lawsuit to challenge EFSEC's and Governor Inslee's approvals of this Project. Your donation will help us stay the course. Legal costs are paid solely with donations.
Tri-Cities CARES is a 501(3)(c) non-profit. Tax receipts will be sent upon request. Please note that GFM retains 2.2% + $.30 per transaction of your donation.
