The boys are taking a day to rejuvenate on Monday after having won their first two games!

Trumbull (New England) vs Australia: 11-0 in 5 innings on Saturday afternoon.

Trumbull (New England) vs Beckley, West Virginia: 11-3 in a full game on a rainy Sunday afternoon.

They play again Tuesday at 8:00 AM and Wednesday at 6:00 PM

Trumbull Babe Ruth is headed to the Babe Ruth World Series in Fredericksburg, Virginia! Our team swept through the Regionals tournament in Rhode Island last weekend going 3-0 in pool play and earning the #1 seed in the National Divison. After receiving a bye in the quarterfinals, we won two dramatic games on Sunday in the Semifinal (1-0 over Waterford) and Final (3-1 over Pittsfield, MA).

Getting past Waterford was a tall task in itself, but no one gave us a shot against Pittsfield. We are so proud of our boys for working so hard as a team and doing whatever it took to be the last team standing. Pitching, defense, and timely hitting are what got us here.

Now, let's do what it takes to get these boys to the World Series!
