UKRAINE WAR ANIMALS RELIEF FUND

Thanks for visiting! This summer I am excited to compete for Miss Pre-Teen Pennsylvania. The pageant places an emphasis on communication skills and service leadership. As many of you already know, I love cats and can talk about them at great length. In addition to caring for my cats and helping local rescue organizations, I created a campaign to raise funds for Ukraine War Animals Relief Fund to help save our furry friends in Ukraine. Following the Russian invasion of Ukraine, many beloved pets were separated from their families and shelter animals could not be evacuated. UWARF is a U.S. charitable organization helping clinics in Ukraine to sterilize, vaccinate, and microchip dogs and cats left behind from the war. They would like to help as many animals as possible and need your help!

Over 12 million* people have fled their Ukrainian homes, many leaving their pets behind to fend for themselves.

The Ukrainian government has suspended the spay and neuter program.

No large NGO is addressing this situation.

An avalanche of hundreds of millions of animals will be here in less than five years.

Without hunting, rabies is growing 10x.

This will be a humanitarian crisis of biblical proportions.

Fortunately, UWARF has a fairly simple answer. We have built a partnership with local, unemployed veterinarians and have 225 locations available to sterilize, vaccinate and microchip 400,000 cats and dogs. This will give them a fighting chance and stop the avalanche of growth as well as prevent a rabies breakout in Eastern Europe. We will also help rehome or reunite these pets into loving homes.
