The Warrior for Life Scholarship Foundation (WFLSF) needs your help, Franklin Township!
We recently celebrated six years of helping students realize their post-secondary education and career goals with 'By Franklin for Franklin' scholarships, and are working and preparing to announce our 2023/2024 awardees. Following our awardee announcement, we will have awarded well over $80,000 to Franklin students to support their educational dreams!
This level of giving is only made possible by the donations and sponsorships of Franklin Township community members (both current and former), Franklin businesses, and Franklin Warrior alumni near and far!
WFLSF has no employees, no paid or compensated staff, or operating costs other than hosting our website and PO BOX! We are a fully volunteer-run organization with a simple mission; to generate scholarships for students in the Franklin Township community of Somerset, NJ that exhibit excellence in the areas of academics, athletics, arts, community service, social consciousness and philanthropy.
If Franklin was once, but is no longer your home, This message is for you!
If you didn't attend Franklin High School; you went to Immaculata, St. Joes, Bishop Ahr; This message is for you!
Your children attend or attended a charter school in Franklin; This message is for you!
Even though we are founded and supported by Franklin Alumni we have and remain committed to 'giving back to pay it forward' to the students of Franklin Township!
Sadly, despite the efforts of our volunteers, and the unwavering support of our long-term donors, we fear that this could be our last year! As everyone is navigating this uncertain financial climate, with rising costs to families and businesses, donation levels have decreased.
We are calling on all Franklin Township Community Members to donate to the WFLSF, even if the amount is as small as $1.00!
To all Warrior Alumni to donate the amount of your graduating class year (e.g. Franklin High School Class of 1979 Alumni would donate $19.79).
