Westies Care was founded in the summer of 2009 when the Liscio family hosted a Blood Drive and began a scholarship program in memory of Daniel L. Liscio, their beloved son. The primary focus was that of organizing volunteers to assist others in various community projects and fund raising. Our annual dinner and award ceremony is our way of recognizing those who exemplify our core values of Service, Community and Education.
