What is Woodbridge Islamic School?

Here at Woodbridge Islamic School, we believe in promoting spiritual insight into life's experiences in a world where materialism and external influences have overgrown and invaded the sanctity of human life. We take our inspiration and motivations from the tradition, which traces back to the Last and Final Messenger of Allah (SWT). A practice that has been the transferring mechanism of Divine guidance and spiritual enlightenment for all centuries proceeding the time of Rasulullah (SAW).

Our philosophical belief is that human life is inherently dignified and sacred because of the infinite value of the human soul. We must strive and enable our children to protect themselves internally from the blemishes of worldly life while simultaneously being able to excel academically. To achieve this balance, we strive to educate our children with proven and time-tested values from successful Islamic figures, communities, and societies throughout the ages. Our children deserve the best of both worlds. We aim to combine traditional Islamic values with the high-quality modern education that we expect of public schools across the country.
