For my my senior project i have decided to make a donation to Wounded Warriors to help raise awareness about what goes unseen as a disabled veteran.This specific foundation is for specifically Disabled Veterans who were hurt and or permanently disabled in combat. This project holds a special place within my heart due to my father being a disabled veteran. Not only that but my grandfather as well. Making a difference for not just all disabled veterans but also my dearest family members. Help make me a difference with me and raise awareness for my senior project.

Jim ran this same race back in March 2002 in honor of his late son, Kirk. We would love for our friends and family to help us keep the tradition living on by donating to the Wounded Warrior Project, an organization that was close to Jim’s heart, and helps both activate service members and veterans.

Founded in 2024, Mystic Plant Zone is a mental health and wellness nonprofit in Watertown, South Dakota. We are sponsoring the Race and Read event for the Glacial Lakes RC Car Club on July 13 from 11 to 4 at the Anza Soccer Complex in Watertown, South Dakota.

We have over $5000 in sponsorships, and you can help us reach our goal to raise money for the Watertown Regional Library, the Wounded Warrior Project, and the Glacial Lakes Humane Society.

My Aunt and Uncle are in the Air Force, so I wanted to do something good and raise money for the wounded warriors. I see them on TV every day and I feel bad that I can’t help them in person so instead I would have a fundraiser. ALL THE MONEY WOULD GO TO THEM.
