Dear friends and family,
My name is Chelsea Chaisson and I am a local youth pastor in Chauvin, LA. I am raising support to be able to join the Awaken the Dawn initiative as a worship leader for Louisiana's tent on the National Mall in Washington, D.C. on Oct. 6-9, 2017. Awaken the Dawn is ultimatly a "worship movement where we gather in 50+ tents covering the National Mall. It will be a tent-city filled with worship, music, prayer, and the gospel. Nothing like this has ever been done before in our nation’s capital. Washington, D.C. will be a resting place for the presence of God and a staging ground for missions."
"On the final day–all day–Awaken the Dawn will partner with TheCall for AzusaNow Washington, DC in a big stage venue on the National Mall! On this final day, we will worship, pray, preach the gospel with signs and wonders, and commission a generation to complete the Great Commission!"

I need funds for travel, lodging, food, and expenses as I, along with a possible band of brothers and sisters from LA trek to D.C. in October in order to lead at least a 2 hour worship set in Louisiana's tent. This is not only an investment into my future and the promises of God over my life, but I believe this is an investment in our nation and the great state of LA.
A little bit about me:
I'm a recent Licensed Minister (Foursquare Gospel), and I've recently graduated from the Burn 24-7's Field Training (11 month online school). Through the online training, I visited Revival History, and the Day and Night Prayer/Worship movement. Now it is time for me to activate my new knowledge (get my feet wet, so to speak) to offer a huge love song to Jesus (worship) as an ambassador of the U.S. and my home-state LA.
I ask for your prayers and financial support as I trust God has lead me onto this pilgrim road. I am believing your seed will not only bring fresh faith, wind, and fire to me and my journey, but, you too will experience a fresh faith, wind, and fire in the name of Jesus over your family, region, and state.
I would like to be fully funded before September 2017, so that come October, I can grab my guitar and go (trek to D.C. for the adventure of a lifetime).
