Children of the Coffee Documentary
The Mission of FAR OUT KIDS is to bring attention to children living in poverty where basic heath and educational service s and supplies are too remote or not provided.
In 2018, we have been working on a documentary entitled Children of the Coffee about about the children of the indigenous Ngäbe-Buglé population of the Coto Brus region of Costa Rica.
Besides the very basics in life, these children need clean water and Rubber Boots. These boots protect from parasites entering the blood stream and creating toxins in the brain that slows down the learning process.
We did a private screening of the documentary at the Palm Springs International Film Festival to iconic industry professionals, and got a thumbs up. These professionals are wholeheartedly supporting us in our efforts to get the word out.
Our story is about good people who started a small revolution by just doing their job and the things they love. This international incident has brought about dramatic changes that are yielding miracles everyday in the lives of these children.
Two-time Oscar and Golden Globe nominated songwriter Carol Connors wrote the theme song for the documentary entitled, "The Children Are Comin' - Let The Magic Begin."
Carol has agreed to join us in Costa Rica this spring to do a Music Video to promote the documentary.
Please help us get the word out. Here is how you can help.
In the Spring, 2019 Carol and Samuel Bistrian of Roma Boots are traveling to Coto Brus and La Hilda Estates in Costa Rica to do a major boot drop. It will be EPIC.
