Chloe's Knee Surgery

Hello all,
This is my Darling little Chloe, my everything. 
A few days ago I took her to the vets for her yearly vaccination and check up to be told that they found that her right knee wasn't how it should be for a one year old pooch! She was diagnosed with Patella luxation. Its basically where her patella moves sideways (dislocating)
instead of staying put. The vets think its just her genetics and from her being a VERY bouncy puppy.  The only way to fix this issue is with Surgery that costs a huge $2000.  They vets say that over time her patella luxation will get worse and will cause more pain.. Whilst I try to find this money for her she will be recieving needles in her knee for pain relief.  
I'm trying this GoFundMe due to I have an illness that makes it extremely hard to work.. Chloe is my therapy animal and she helps me with this illness.. She is my best friend and I honestly don't know what I'd do without her.  I hate asking for help when it comes to money but I don't know what else to do at this stage..  Anything helps and I'd be so greatful for any help.
