The 'Bought the T-Shirt' podcast is a platform where individuals can speak openly about issues of physical, mental and spiritual health, growth, recovery, healing and learning. I'm Chris Thrall, former Royal Marine, and I have run the length of the UK, completed a quadruple ironman, run across the Sahara and rowed the Atlantic to raise £1000s for charity and awareness of veterans issues, such as mental health, homelessness, addiction and suicide.
