Christmas in Habersham

As the holiday season approaches I am excited to have the opportunity to raise funds for a worthy cause and share the beauty of Christmas as well. Many of you may be familiar with the lighting display I have at my home located at 2626 Habersham Ave each year throughout the holidays. This began in a few years ago as a way to celebrate the life of my mother. She instilled in me,the joy of providing for others. We were not a wealthy family but growing up in the Morse household meant you shared whatever you had and opened the doors to others. She particularly loved Christmas and made sure family, friends, and even strangers came together for a warm meal and gifts. Such celebrations no doubt shaped my passion for the holidays and a compassion for others

Consequently, this year I am already at work on the lighting display! With this in mind, a donation from you here would be appreciated to defray the cost. And in honor of my mom a contribution from the funds collected will also be made to the Muscular Dystrophy Association. This disease took the life of my mother and I know in our community many others have been impacted by this terrible disease. Your generosity through funds contributed will be greatly appreciated as they will be used to light up many smiles from those who view the show and simultaneously show support for effort to cure MD.
