Reciprocating Ken's Kindness
Donation protected
Ken Wilkinson is the Owner/Operator of Cocoamoda in Calvert, TX. He is not merely "one of" the kindest people I have ever met...he holds that title exclusively. Anyone who has ever met him will remember his exuberant personality, kind smile, and endless generosity for the rest of their life.
On January 12, 2016, Ken fell off of a ladder onto concrete causing severe head trauma which landed him in the ICU. His wife Jaqueline continues to send updates via Facebook to their friends and family.
Hospital bills are the #1 cause of Bankruptcy in the US, and while our current goal likely won't come close to covering their bills for Ken's hospitalization, but at the very least we can help put a dent in it. Keeping in mind that during this time they are unable to run their restaurant, their exclusive income stream. Every penny donated will go directly to Ken and Jaqueline to help them through this trying time.
Thank you for all of your love and support, I know that together we can attempt to return to Ken a portion of the kindness that he has shown everyone that has ever entered his Chocolate shop.
