We are excited to announce our 2018 humanitarian solar project in collaboration with our partners in Colombia, Solosolar.
The project is located on a school in Isla Grande, an island off the coast of Cartagena. The entire island has no electricity. The focus of our solar project is to provide power that will be used for refrigeration, lights, and fans on two different school buildings.
The classrooms we are working on are for the younger children in kindergarten and Pre-K. Our hopes are that this project may lead to more solar adoption and less diesel generator usage in this beautiful Carribean landscape.
Your donation will go 100% of the materials for this project. All flights and accommodation will be covered by Sunbridge Solar and installers are donating their time. The funds will pay for solar modules, batteries, racking, and wire.
