Colorado Trail(486 miles)

Hello! I’m Jordan Parton, I’m an EMT Offshore working 100 hour weeks 14 days on at a time. I’m currently trying to join the Search and Rescue team in Ojai California. 
Im obsessed with nature and being away from the hustle and bustle of by daily grind.
I’m  using this trip not only as a life changing experience but also as a great outdoor and survival training as I will be ultra light  packing and soloing this thru-hike. This is something I’ve dreamt about for years and I’ve been research and training for it for months now and this is a huge obstacle holding me back.
This money will fuel my entire 40 day trek, supplies, food, travel to and from CO (CA>CO driving) and will also assist me getting back home to California seeing as though I will have taken a month and a half off of work and I still need to pay my rent, insurance,  and daily living expenses like eating and gas for  traveling back when I am done.
