Save the Steeple

The Colton United Methodist Church sits sedately on a hill in the foothills of the Adirondacks as a silent witness to the times that it has seen.  The bell which for over a century rang its sharp, melodious sound in the still morning air, was made in Troy, NY in 1859.  The bell is no longer ringing due to much needed repairs.  Colton UMC is embarking on a project to repair our steeple and replace the support  structure of our bell, an  initiative called "Save The Steeple."  We need your help.
