Help Take Concrn to The Next Level
Tax deductible
Our fourth year has been one of growth and increasing visibility for our organization, providing a compassionate alternative to 911 for urban residents - and a compassionate response to people experiencing mental health crises and substance abuse issues. We are on a bold mission to expand our existing work in San Francisco and continue building new community partnerships in the Oakland ecosystem. Are you as concerned about the mental health and safety of our homeless residents and greater community?
For someone experiencing behavioral health issues on the streets, de-escalation through peer-based compassionate response is a humane response. It is also the safest and most cost-effective. This alternative common sense approach reduces police response and emergency services dispatch - a vicious revolving door - saving the City and County thousands of taxpayers dollars.
