Help Connie get back on her feet

I never wanted to do this. I hate asking for help this way. I want to be a strong woman. Things are getting pretty scary moneywise and I'm going to have to ask for help from my friends.
I lost my job a short time ago. It was my only source of income and I was living week to week and have absolutely no money saved for a rainy day.
I did apply for unemployment insurance but haven't gotten that yet. 
I also know I won't be getting any income tax back this year because of school loans, so I can't count on that.
I am behind in my Rent and other monthly bills. I was able to go buy a few groceries to get me by but they won't last another week.
My landlord isn't being very sympathetic and I am so afraid that they will evict me because I'm more than a month behind. My cable and internet is together and I'm also a month behind on those and they will be shut off by the end of the month.
I have Straight Talk for a phone service and that card runs out on the 28th.
