Conrad's Shoulder Surgery

Hello Family and Friends,
Unfortunately I have injured my shoulder and require surgery for the second time. because of this surgery I am going to miss my final Yr of Rugby in the Brisbane GPS comp. I have to get a labrum tear repaired and 2 screws in the front of my shoulder to add bone onto the socket. This is clearly an expensive cost estimate of 12,000$. If any of family and friends could donate to this cause it would be greatly appreciated and take a lot of pressure off myself and family. Having this operation asap will allow me to get back on the field playing the sport I love. Once again I would like to kindly ask for any help and give a massaive thank you to you all.
