Raising Awareness for Men’s Mental Health

I am raising money to hike the Continental Divide Trail (CDT) this Spring and Summer. The CDT is a roughly 3,000 mile trail from the Mexican border to the Canadian border. The trail extends through Colorado, Wyoming, Idaho, and Montana. It is considered the grand jewel of the American Triple Crown thru hikes (the other two being the Appalachian Trail and the Pacific Crest Trail.)

The hike itself should take about 5 months.

The funds will be used to finance the cost of food and gear on the trail.

So why am I doing this....?
