The Emmett O'Brien Culinary class of 2018/19 has been invited for the first time to attend an experience of a lifetime at Walt Disney World Resort in Florida to participate in 'Cook Around the World'. The students will compete in friendly culinary competitions hosted by Celebrity Guest Judges, attend a hospitality crash course and resort tour, as well as, attend an International Gala and Career Forum. They will learn from Top Celebrity Chefs and some of the World's Best Chefs, hear from Disney's management team, participate in open Q&A discussions and meet with representatives from culinary colleges.
We believe this is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for these students to gain knowledge and understanding of the culinary world outside of their typical school setting. It is also a great opportunity for these students to travel and for most the 'only' opportunity. We hope this will be an enlightening experience to inspire these young minds toward careers in the culinary industry. We might be training the next 'Top Celebrity Chef'!
This experience is in April 2019 and all payments due by February and includes 4 day/3 nights along with park passes and hotel accommodations.
Your generous and appreciated donations will be equally distributed to help defray all costs involved.
