Cow Care Book

Welcome to a unique opportunity to join the efforts to make caring for cows in the spirit of devotion a serious topic of discussion in academia worldwide. Especially students and professors concerned with environmentalism will be able to freely access this book and thereby make this a central topic of discussion.
Your valued contribution would support the cost of making widely available, as a completely free and legal e-book download, a groundbreaking, well-researched book by H. H. Krishna Kshetra Swami (Dr. Kenneth Valpey, of Oxford University). This will be possible through the prestigious Palgrave Macmillan Open Access (OA) publishing platform.
For the first time in western academic publishing, Cow Care in Hindu Animal Ethics speaks exclusively and in great detail to educated, thoughtful readers about the immense value and devotional practices involved in caring for cows from the viewpoint of animal ethics.
"To educate a wide public about cows and how we can care for them for life rather than to slaughter and eat them, I'm completing a book, Cow Care in Hindu Animal Ethics, to be published by Palgrave Macmillan in their Animal Ethics book series.
"To make this book widely accessible, the publisher offers an Open Access option, for which funding is required. To raise this funding is my purpose, needed by September 1, 2019, when the book goes to press. The total, one-time amount required for a monograph to be published as Open Access with this publisher is $17,000." -- Kenneth Valpey
Everyone who donates $100 will be welcome to communicate with the book's author after reading the book.
Anyone who donates $500 will, in addition, receive a signed hardcopy of the book.
Anyone who donates $1000 or more will, in addition to these benefits, be mentioned in the book's Acknowledgements.
