Please help send the CircuitRunners to compete in the FIRST Robotics Competition World Championships in Houston, Texas!
The CircuitRunners is a competitive robotics team based at Wheeler High School in Marietta, GA. With 80+ members from all grades and backgrounds, we are one of the largest extracurricular clubs at our school. Our club takes pride in participating in 4 different robotics competitions and hosting outreach events to promote STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math) in our community.
This year the CircuitRunners team has competed in two robotics qualifiers and the state competition. We placed as finalists at one of our qualifiers and made it all the way to semifinals at the State Competition, competing against 45 of the best teams in Georgia. We also won the Engineering Inspiration Award at the District and State Competition. This award celebrates outstanding success in advancing respect and appreciation for engineering within a team’s school or organization and community.
Now we are facing our biggest challenge yet: sending our dedicated team to Worlds! We have a very competitive robot and enthusiastic students who want to attend, but we need the means to do so. After spending our travel funds on our state competitions, we need your help to fundraise enough to pay for registration fees, hotel fees, meals, and transportation costs.
Thank you for your continued support of our team. Without you, we could not be what we are today!
