Craftsbury Academy's Spain Trip

As a group of eight juniors, we are excited to start fundraising for our ten-day trip to Spain in June 2018.  We are dedicated to improving our learning experience in Spanish III and learning new life skills.  We will go to the city of Granada, where the class will have the opportunity to expand on their cultural knowledge and language fluency.  We will stay with host families for the entirety of the trip, immersing ourselves into the culture and language completely.  We will go to local restaurants, volunteer, and take a trip to either the coast or the beautiful mountains surrounding Granada.  This trip will give each of us the opportunity to apply knowledge from the classroom in real world situations.

The trip will cost around $2700 for each of us. We will be holding three big fundraisers interspersed with smaller events.

The following payment deadlines are:

- January 19th: $500 (Application Fee & Homestay) 
- February 14th: $1100 (Program Fee for trips, transport, classes, volunteer placement, and cultural activities) 
- March 20th: $1100 (Flight Cost) 

As of now, our two big fundraisers are: 

January 19th: Trivia Night I
February 16th: Trivia Night II
