Creating Sustainable + Safe Work
Donation protected
While living abroad in SE Asia, I consistently meet people who have handicraft skills and have energy, but have no market to sell products and no startup funds to invest in raw materials.
I didn't move to SE Asia to create a business, but Wearthy was born out of a desire to create safe work for my friends here as well as my sister Ansley's desire to revolutionize the fashion industry.
We love fashion, but we also know it comes at a cost ... often at the expense of artisans abroad who are exploited for cheap labor.
We want to stand in solidarity with our Brothers and Sisters in a country where their human rights are regularly at risk, where their incomes are unreliable, and where their religious freedom is a question mark.
Sustainable work would provide consistency for our friends of Faith, and allow them to not only care for their families, but also for their communities through the love and openness of Good News.
