Cribs medically fragile babies

Providing medical support, stability and therapies gives children the opportunity to reach developmental milestones. Milwaukee Center For Independence Pediatric Skilled Nursing (PSN) is a comprehensive, medical-based day program for children with complex medical conditions requiring intensive supports and monitoring. In addition to medical and nursing care, PSN provides an enriching environment for children to improve motor function, social, cognitive and adaptive skills. PSN is the only pediatric day skilled nursing program in the entire state of Wisconsin with Joint Commission accreditation. This accreditation means that Milwaukee Center For Independence Pediatric Skilled Nursing maintains the highest possible quality and safety standards in the health care field.
We have 63 of babies and toddlers in our care. Due to the complexity of the children and infants served by the Pediatric Skilled Nursing Program at the Milwaukee Center for Independence, each baby and many of our toddlers need a hospital-grade crib. These cribs have all the critical safety supports in place and their design allows our staff to connect our children to their respiratory and cardiac equipment. Due to the high demand for our services and waitlist of children, we are in need of 6 cribs. Each crib costs $2,500. Please help us in caring for our most medically fragile little ones by making a donation through our GoFundMe campaign. Thank you for your consideration and support!
