We are a first year CSI team (Crime Scene Investigation) competing in SkillsUSA, from Pagosa Springs, Colorado. In April, we went to Durango our first regional competition and took 2nd place, which qualified us to go to Denver to compete in the State competition towards the end of April. At state, we took 1st place, qualifying us to compete at Nationals in Louisville, Kentucky, in June.
That's where you come in, we need to raise at least $6,000 in order for us to compete at that National Competition. The $6,000 will be used for registration fees, lodging, food, and transportation.
Each member of our team has committed to earning $500, and we also have received an additional $500 donation pledge from the Rotary Club.
This leaves $4,000 that we are trying to raise in one month. Your support and funding are extremely appreciated. Thank for your time in reading this and we are very grateful for any contributions.
