We are a self funded couple who traveled the entire length of Route 66,(twice) Chicago to Santa Monica, searching for the best and most unique independent coffee-shops, best coffee and roasters, in the USA. Our goal is to cover a different highway and section of the country with each new season. Along the way we have focused on true human interest stories and have presented our listeners with over one hundred and forty separate fascinating individuals. We have interviewed patrons, owners, and baristas, each with a compelling and entertaining story to share.
Our motto is “Everyone has a story to tell”. These deep dive interviews came from politicians, actors, musicians, drug addicts, homeless people, college students, LGBT community, clergy, and everything in between. This did not come cheap.
Season one (28 episodes in total) is finishing and we’d love to do a season two, which would cover the entire length of the Pacific Coast Highway in California.
Your donation will allow us to cover this years expenses including travel, lodging, recording and mastering. If for some reason we do not reach our goal for this season we will return any and all of the funds contributed to this adventure!
In order for us to do this we are asking for your financial support. Our goal is $10,000.00 starting with a request for individual $5 donations, of course more is always appreciated. 100% of these funds will go toward recouping the financial loss for season one and for upcoming costs for season two.
