So what is Crossroads?  What do we do?
SERVICES:
1. We feed  &  provide basic essentials to the the homeless.
2. We provide NON traditional emergency services such as transportation & other child services.
3. We provide case management & long term planning for our clients.
4. We work as advocates for clients & act as a liaison between our clients & other organizations. We act as advocates for the community to address issues as they arise.
5. We also believe in the right of people to organize. We community organize in an effort to assess the needs & concerns in the community. We then work as advocates to address those issues with city officials & organizations.
6. We LISTEN, provide consultations & referrals.

New Beginning Programs:
1. We work people post incarceration to ensure successfully transition into society.
2. We give people the skills & tools to ttransition off the welfare system.
3. College Preparation 
4.  Adolescent  Success by 18
5.  Adolescent Success by 25

Our VISION: To assist those who dont fit the criteria for traditional services OR no services for their specific need exists. At Cross Roads we realize your circumstances dont always fit the mold of most organizations. We dont ask that you meet a certain criteria we believe in meeting our clients at whatever crossroad they may face in life & then creating our services accordingly. We believe everyone has a voice & a right to be heard. If youve lost that voice its our job to help you get it back!

We are a non profit organization & our MISSION is to provide advocacy, case management, emergency non traditional services & to organize & facilitate community organized meetings, events & programs to better serve the very unique situations of our clients.

We believe in creating plans for long term solutions by raising awareness, facilitating discussions & changing policy.

Who we SERVE: The community!

One of my youngest babies that we serve at Cross Roads is only 7 years old!  I go to bed late & get up early everyday KNOWING that quitting & failure is not an option. If I quit... I fail her! Her face, her story & others stories are etched in my heart. If I quit meeting & speaking out I lose my voice but others will lose their voices too!
