Cubby’s fight for life
Donation protected
On Tuesday April 17 Cubby went in for quadruple bypass surgery. Surgery went well for the most part. The day after surgery things took a turn for the worse and his vitals started crashing. Cubby was diagnosed with severe vascular disease, where his arteries clamp down and restrict blood flow. After multiple surgeries at Kadlec, it was determined that he needed advanced care And was transported to Legacy Emanuel Hospital in Portland. He is now on a machine called ECMO, a form of life support that is taking place of his heart and lungs, so his body has time to heal. His wife of 38 years would like to stay by his side while he is fighting for his life. We are asking to help lift this financial burden and raise enough money to help with medical bills and accommodations for her while he recovers.
