Help fund my medical expenses.

I am a 47 year old single father wth a beautiful 10 year old daughter whom I love and would like to see grow up but I have been fighting diabetes for most of my life and now I have hit a bump in the road and I am in need of a new kidney. I have faith in the Lord that he will see me through this. I'm unable to work so I rely on a small fixed income. After meeting the necessary commitments there is not much left to help out with medical expenses that go along with this process and also the travel expenses can be costly.I know God sometimes uses people here on earth to be a blessing to others so If you feel led to assist me through this journey I would be ever so greatful.
