Please help my grandma

My name is IsaMaria Baker, and I love my grama more than anything in the world. She works a full-time job as a NICU nurse and takes care of my 2 younger brothers, my boyfriend, and my sister's ex-boyfriend, all because they needed somewhere to go. My mother isn't and hasn't been in the picture very much, and she stepped in completely to care for me, my sister and my brothers. She's the most giving, caring, loving, humorous and kind person I have ever met. She has recently come upon a lot of unforeseen costs and bills and has always struggled to just provide a life to us that she believes we deserve.
