Cupcake's Medical Bills

Good Day  This is Cupcake one of my guinea pigs (I have six, 2 boys in one cage and 1 boy +3 girls in another).  Despite the less than butch name he is a boy, somewhere between 4 & 5 years old.  He was a rescue so I can't be sure of his exact age but he's been with me for 2 years now along with his cage mate Caramel (they are as thick as thieves).    Cupcake loves to be petted and snuggle, my daughter adores him and he helps bring a smile to my face everyday.

Cupcake has a large bump in the bum area that appeared suddenly a week ago, I've taken him to the vet and they can't be sure what it is without surgery they tell me it could grow back after they remove it depending on what it is and can't confirm if it is life threatening or not until the surgery.  :(  

The estimate for the surgery and analysis/treatment is $800 (on top of the initial visit fee) normally this wouldn't be an issue but between recovering from a bad divorce, the covid pandemic putting a large dent in my income I'm having trouble putting that cash together to schedule the surgery.  

Cupcake  is very close to his cage mate Caramel whom has been known to get upset if he can't find his buddy.   I can't bear the though of losing him or what it would do to Caramel.
