Hi! I'm Rainelle Saunders and I'm a creative being, being creative. My entire life has brought me to this point in time where I am ready to blast my gifts into the world. It's about leaving a legacy of something important that will live on after I'm gone.
I've been writing and finding interesting ways to tell stories ever since I can remember. As a result, I've written plays, poetry, songs, screenplays and a five-star novel. Apparently, I have a lot to say.
Like a lot of creative artists, I often do what I love, and what I'm passionate about, all day long, without thinking about getting paid. Today, I'm asking for support in bringing my favorite play to the stage. It's called CUT THE CRAP!!! When I first wrote it over fifteen years ago, it seemed a little ahead of its time, however, it could not be more relevant right now. It deals with real talk and real people in a surreal world. Funny, sexy, and thought-provoking , this play will spark conversations that we human beings need to have with each other in order to survive in this life that we share. The message: we're all in this together.
I have been visualizing, doing affirmations, praying and talking about this production every day. I 've spent time and money to keep my life afloat while updating the script and doing my research in order to continue making the dream real. Now, I'm asking for financial support. I've gathered talented actors and crew and will be delighted to make this happen ASAP. Simple as that.
If you've ever had a dream, put together all the pieces, seen it clearly every waking moment, and the only thing missing is the financing -- you know where I am right now. It will be an exhilarating moment when the curtain goes up for the first time, because I know that it will be the launchpad for so many more projects whose time has come. I implore you to share the love and gratitude that I feel by being a vessel of creativity and seeing the dream come to fruition. I am humble and honored and appreciate you taking the time to read this.
