Send Mikayla to the U.K.

Hello! My name is Mikayla Vavreck-Sindt, I am a full time student in the process of earning my Bachelor's degree in the field of Education, and full time single mother.  It has been a dream of mine to be able to go to the United Kingdom as long as I can remember, and I finally have the chance to in May 2017. I have received the opportunity to study abroad and travel to Scotland, England, Wales and Ireland in the Spring with a select group of professors and other students wishing to trek among the UK.  This trip would benefit me in so many ways, like expanding my cultural competence, giving me global awareness and international ties, all wonderful experiences to use in the classroom in my teaching future. 
The money would be used to fund the trip, which includes round trip air fare/travel expenses, lodging, guided sightseeing and curriculum integration. I will also be applying for a scholarship to assist with the funds, but just in case others are selected, I'm establishing a base here. The inital payment to hold my spot is $95 dollars, and is needed before I can apply for the scholarship (the scholarship's deadline being December 23rd). The rest of the trip is required to be paid in full by the beginning of March. Any amount is helpful, whether it's $5 or $50, I'm grateful that you're even looking at my story. Please help me get to the U.K.!
