5 total knee replacements and shin

I am a 57 -year-old woman that lost my job after 3 arthroscopies and 5 total knee replacements  and multiple fractures in my tibia, all on my left knee in a period of 6vyears, due to this issue I lost my job and I am not able to get back to work. I need a way to survive and pay my rent and expenses untill I can get better and get a job.
I tried to apply to housing and section aid but there is a very long waiting list and there are not even founds at this time.
My disability is going to pay me 708.00 a month, but with that money, I can not do anything but pay bills and part of my rent, but the rest of rent and other bills and food are not covered, just my rent  is 789.00.
Any help will be really appreciated. Life cannot be so injust with me. I got trapped between not being able to work and not having any money and having lots of pain as a result of all these surgeries and also can't bend my knee or walk more than a few minutes. I am in the process of having I hope a surgery because of the last surgery back in April, due to the multiple fractures, I had to be in a wheelchair for 16 weeks, so I develop lots of scare tissues in my knee. I hope this will be the last one. At this point, I am all depressed and frustrated for all this happening to me. I have proof and pictures of my leg.
