Dan and Amy Slattery's flood fund

On Saturday August 13th Dan and Amy Slattery were rescued by a boat in Baton Rouge LA. The water rose quickly and next thing they knew it was knee deep in their living room. They got out safely with their dogs, two laptops, and a couple of sets of clothes. They are now looking at an almost total loss of their furniture, bed, appliances, and vehicles.  If you know Dan he would be too proud to ask for help, so I'm gonna do it for them. Dan has helped literally thousands of people in their greatest time of need while working as an EMT and Paramedic with ambulance companies in Minnesota, Ohio, and North Carolina. Now Dan and Amy need our help. They finally made it back to the house today to see what they could salvage from the flood waters that ended up rising over 4 feet in their home. There are so many things that they've lost that can't be replaced, but we can help with can be.
