Daniel Colasanto's Fight
Donation protected
Daniel is a fun, athletic, caring young 18 year old man. He graduated from Comsewogue HS in 2015. He played both football and baseball while at Comsewogue, but is best known for his beaming smile and outgoing personality, which attributed to his title of 'Class Clown'. He was actively recruited for his baseball skills, upon which he ultimately chose to attend the College of St. Rose in Albany. As a pitcher for the team, they had a banner year and Daniel's spirit for life and friends continued to grow.
In the early morning of June 16, 2016 Daniel was a pedestrian hit by an automobile on 25A on Long Island. He was brought to Mather hospital where he underwent emergency surgery for his injuries. Upon stabilization, he was transferred to Stony Brook hospital for trauma care.
As a family they want to express their deepest gratitude to everyone for their comforting prayers and continual support. The outpouring of love given to our family gives us the strength to keep moving forward.
Thank you all so much for supporting Daniel. Every little bit helps. Your love and prayers are appreciated.
