Darrin Rodia's Funeral Expenses
Donation protected
This fund is to help my best friend and mother of Darrin Rodia's 2 sons in raising funds for his funeral. Any amount she would greatly appreciate!
Darrin was a wonderful, fun, super friendly, giving-to-a-fault kind of person. He leaves behind 3 children, a brother, and thousands of friends. In the past couple years, he has lost not only his father, but his mother 6 months after. He struggled to keep his composure throughout this tough time to end up being shot in his own home.

His funeral (aka life celebration) is this Saturday, February 18, 4-6pm at Cotner Funeral Home (7369 E. Main Street, Reynoldsburg). Let's share memories and the love that lives on in his memory.

My friend just sent me this IM this morning after I asked how I could help :
"It's been a rough week, but getting thru it. Josh has taken it very hard and it's been a nightmare. The biggest issue is needing help with cost of funeral. It's on the kids and no one has the $. We are going to ask for donations at the funeral, but maybe you could do a GoFundMe page or something? I'm so overwhelmed with classes (6!!) that I am just treading water right now."

Darrin Rodia, you will be missed by so many. Thank you for all the years of your friendship. You had a wonderful roofing company and I thank you for roofing two of my houses, coming to my wedding on crutches when you had a broken leg, beating me at several rounds of pool, but most of all I thank you for giving one of my best friend's, Jennie Anahata, two wonderful boys Cory Rodia and Josh Rodia.

So sad. I saw him just before Christmas and he was planning on moving back to Florida. That totally sucks.
