David Smith's stroke victim needs..

Hello, this is for my Brother and his family, my brother David Smith had a severe stroke on a Tuesday morning after having a surgery on his shoulder. He had a blood clot move to his brain and caused him to have a severe stroke to his left side of brain which now is impaired his speech, right side of body and isn't able to eat on his own. The doctors are saying he will not have these capabilities anymore, but we are praying for a miracle.. His wife is unable to live without any help to maintain the House or additional bills that insurance is helping with. Please donate whatever you can would help her tremendously..
