Designing the Dream

Everything in life leads to discovery. For me, the journey started in 2001--the summer before first grade. I was introduced to theatre at my summer camp. In 2007, it blossomed again when I started what would be a five-year journey at Broadway Training Center in Hastings-on-Hudson, Westchester, NY. It introduced me to the world of professional theatre, and from there I knew that theatre is the only thing I could ever do with my life and be happy. So, when I got to Hartwick College, my dream school, the only logical thing to do was major in theatre. I took my first design class in the Spring of 2014. It was like falling in love, I imagine. 
Another passion of mine is London. Moving there is The Dream. Everything about it just seems so right. My plan is to go to grad school there after I graduate in Feburary 2017, and do everything I can to be able to stay there. 

What does this all mean? Why am I on GoFundMe? This summer, 2015, I dream of studying design at a one-week program at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts. The money I raise here will go to the fee for the program itself, my housing, flight, and the other nessicary expences. 

Any dream will do--but cannot be done by one alone.
