Desiree Checki Polakowski and Her Children

Desiree, age 41, has sadly lost her battle with breast cancer after 7 years of courageously fighting. Her family is asking that you donate whatever you can to help support her children, Collin and Reese. They lost their father 8 years ago and all they both would have wanted was their children to have as many opportunities as life has to offer. Thank you tremendously, and god bless you.

I am Victoria Incognito, Desiree's niece, god daughter and a cousin to Collin and Reese. Like my Aunt Desi, I always grew up in Bergen County and was always so close to my aunt and cousins, practically seeing her her as my second mother and them as my siblings. This money is being used to ensure that for the next few years with both parents passing away, my cousins will be able to continue their sports, education, and just being able to have sufficient funds to support themselves. I will be making sure the money gets directly too them.
