Devon's light

This is the bike my son was hit and killed on because even though it was only a few weeks old, the orange police department states it did not have adequate lighting , since this I have seen hundreds riding bikes with no lights, I would like to be able to buy head lights for the from and flashing red lights in back and hopefully save several lives, I just assumed a new bicycle came with adequate lights, now I know differently, I want nothing out of this, just the satisfaction of knowing I am helping my fellow man
